All sales are final unless the item is damaged or defective. If the item is damaged or defective write to us at email@example.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Please provide your order number, description of the issue, and attach an image of the damaged or defective item received so our quality control team can review it. If your order qualifies for an exchange, we will ship out the replacement item as soon as possible. If the item is out of stock, we will ship them to you as soon as it’s back in stock. In case your item won’t be restocked, we will refund you.
