Orders

Can I change or cancel my order?

We start working on your order as soon as we receive it. Unfortunately, that means we can’t edit your shipping address, cancel, or change your order once placed.

Oops, I entered the wrong shipping address.

Unfortunately, we cannot change your address once your order is placed. The customer will be responsible to pay the additional shipping charges for the reshipment of the order once the package has arrived back at our warehouse. 

How do I track my order?

After you place an order, you'll receive an email confirmation with your order number. Your tracking number will be sent to you via a separate email once your order is ready to be shipped.

Help! I only received a part of my order.

Orders containing multiple items may arrive separately as it is shipped from the closest warehouse stocking the item.

Help! My order says delivered but I haven't received it yet.

What are my shipping options?

There are two shipping options you can choose at checkout. Please note the shipping timelines at checkout are estimates from the carrier, not guarantees. 

• Standard shipping - $8

• Expedited shipping - $15

We offer free standard shipping on orders over $100

When will I receive my order?

Once we receive your order, we start working on it right away. At check out, you can select your desired shipping speed. Depending on your preferred shipping method, your order can take from 1- 5 business days to arrive. Please note shipping speed comes into effect once your order has been processed from our end.

Do you ship internationally?

We currently ship only in the United States.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return/exchange policy? 

All sales are final unless the item is damaged, missing or incorrect. In that case please write to us at hi@notcoy.com within 48 hours of receiving your order. Please provide your order number, description of the issue, and an image to help us investigate further.

If your order qualifies for an exchange, we will ship out the replacement item as soon as possible. If the item is out of stock, we will ship them to you as soon as it’s back in stock. In case your item won’t be restocked, we will refund you. 

Care Instructions

Rugs
  • Once your rug arrives, it may look a little compressed from being rolled up for transit. Just unroll it and let it rest flat, over time, it will naturally settle back into its original shape.
  • Some initial shedding is completely normal and will reduce over time.
  • Vacuum regularly, ideally once a week, using a high-quality vacuum. If your rug is in a busy area, more frequent vacuuming may be needed.
  • If you notice any loose threads, trim them carefully instead of pulling.
  • Attend to spills and stains promptly using gentle cleaning products that won't damage the rug or cause faster resoiling.
  • For a thorough refresh, have your rug professionally deep cleaned every 12 to 18 months. If more than spot-cleaning is required, we recommend reaching out to a professional experienced with hand-tufted wool rugs.
